The surrounding forest is a beautiful natural playground. You may choose to stroll through the gardens, swim in the river, or talk to the friendly Highland cows. There are also plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling. The nearby village of Aberfoyle (3 miles) is a picturesque and historic town, with a range of shops, pubs and restaurants. You will find two light and bright bedrooms: one double and one family room with a double bed and a single. Completing this property is a family bathroom.

The cottage was perfect. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming . It was warm, cosy, had everything you could need, and the surroundings were beautiful. I cannot find enough words to describe how wonderful it was for our dogs to be able to wander without being on a lead. We will certainly be back.

The rural location was great for us and our dog as he could run around by the water without us worrying. The cottage was sooo cosy, we had a fabulous stay and without a doubt will book again.
