This delightful, converted stable has been transformed into stylish accommodation for couples and small families. Tucked away at the end of a private drive, the property is located on the owners' peaceful farm, surrounded by picturesque countryside, yet within 1 mile of local amenities. The centre of the village of Longton is just 0.5 miles away where you will find a handful of country pubs and restaurants as well as shops and cafes. Visit Longton Nature Reserve (0.5 miles) where you can enjoy a peaceful morning stroll amongst the wildlife. For outdoor enthusiasts, there is a range of footpaths and cycle trails nearby. This fantastic property is centrally located with excellent transport links surrounding it. The stunning scenery in the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty can be reached within 15 miles, as can the Lancashire coastline at either Lytham or Southport.

Kick off your walking boots as you step through the door and feel instantly at home in this delightful retreat. Step into the main living space, an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with wonderfully high ceilings and bespoke lighting. Cosy up on the sofa on a winter’s evening and watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need to rustle up a tasty treat and there is a lovely round dining table for the whole family to gather around. Off the living space are two bright and stylish bedrooms; one double and one twin, and a family shower room.

At the front of the property is some bench seating so you can sit out on a summer’s day and enjoy your morning coffee. There is also a large, enclosed garden and a patio area that is shared with the other properties on site.

Despite exterior appearances, this is a comfortable and contemporary cottage. Twin beds in one room and a double in the other. Shared bathroom.
