This beautifully converted 16th Century barn is part of a small working farm, tucked away in a tranquil and picturesque corner of Devon, it is an ultimate quiet escape. Being on the edge of Exmoor's Dark Skies Reserve, there is no light pollution, so star-gazing is a must! It is completely secluded yet only a short drive to the North Devon link road making the rest of Devon very accessible. The farm specialises in and is passionate about Regenerative Agriculture, so offers a wildlife haven with wildflowers, birds of prey and deer frequently visiting. Do ask the owners if you'd like to learn more about it. Perfect for romantic couples, young families or just friends catching up in a stunning location.

Walks can be enjoyed from the doorstep with views extending right over to Dunkery Beacon the highest point on Exmoor. Located right on the edge of Exmoor, with the North and South Coast beaches such as Croyde, Woolacombe and Putsborough, Exmouth and Lyme Regis ranging from 34 to 40 miles. To stock up on supplies visit the market towns of Tiverton or Bampton both 6 miles, or ask the owners about their Seasonal Meat and Farm produce boxes. Farm eggs, honey and apple juice available all year round.

When you enter this stylishly decorated 16th century barn conversion, you really get the Wow factor. The vaulted ceilings, cob and stone walls and exposed oak beams all offer a beautiful 'Away from it all' feeling. The light and airy open-plan studio space enjoys views over the garden and to the fields. Relax on the wonderfully comfy sofa (bed) approached via two steps and cosy in-front of the wood burner with a good book. Situated in the lounge area is a Smart TV, so you can keep up with your favourites programmes or chill in front of a film. The small but well equipped kitchen area is perfect for cooking a lazy breakfast in bed or a light supper. The sleeping area has a king-size bed so you can sleep tight after a day out exploring. Head down some steps to the spacious and luxurious shower room, with heated towel rail, underfloor heating and complimentary shower products, which completes this immaculate accommodation.

Outside, there is a secluded seating area with garden furniture where a spot of al fresco dining and a glass of wine can be enjoyed under the star-filled skies.

We went for a week. It was the best value for money, and the owners offered outstanding hospitality. The surrounding countryside was also as beautiful as it could be!!! We definitely highly recommend this lovely cottage.

A cosy and comfortable barn located in beautiful scenery. The cottage has all the amenities you need for a break away to relax and unwind. The log burner is wonderful and adds a touch of indulgence. Both of the owners are really friendly and helpful. The surrounding area has many walks you can do from the barn door. Would 100% recommend as the place was absolutely stunning, everything felt cosy but luxurious, and was spotlessly clean. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, went out of their way to make us feel at home and had some good insights into the local area. Will definitely be booking again!

We had a fantastic weeks stay in Beehive Cottage, the hosts were very friendly and approachable and spent time recommending things in the local area and generally chatting.
