Situated in Easter Ross, this is a great location to relax and explore this beautiful highland region. With highland cows in the fields opposite you won’t fail to be charmed by the character of the area. If it’s beaches and coastal nooks you want to explore then you will find these in abundance, with the local Shandwick beach only 3 miles away and a fabulous coastal trail to find the Mermaid of the North at Balintore just 2 miles. This peninsula will keep you exploring for days and is great for cycling too. 23 miles north, you can visit the wonderful Dunrobin Castle, a stunning French chateau-styled castle overlooking the Moray Firth. This is the most northerly Castle which has been continuously inhabited since the 1300s, and the seat of Clan Sutherland.

A stylish and contemporary single-storey cottage located on a beautiful multigenerational farm in the Scottish Highlands. Step through into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with high vaulted ceilings and glorious views. Cosy up after a long day of exploring in front of the wood burner while watching your favourite film or gaze over the fields while rustling up a Sunday roast to enjoy together around the dining table. There are two bedrooms which are generously proportioned and are set up as super-king-size zip-and-links (which can be made into a twin upon request). Both rooms share a sleek and spacious bathroom.

Enjoy views of rolling hills while soaking up the sunshine on the private and enclosed south facing patio or alfresco drinks under the stars.

We enjoyed our stay and the house was beautiful and so clean. It was very tastefully decorated had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The thoughtful welcome basket was a nice touch, as was the information on things to see and do in the area. Would recommend the cottage to anyone looking to stay in the area.

A great place to stay for visiting the Highlands - within easy reach of the A9. Very comfortable beds. Patio a real sun trap. Very tasteful furnishings and well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

A beautiful cottage in a perfect location. A short drive away from the nearest town and also several villages by the sea. Very clean and a comfortable bed. There is a patio area with a lovely flower border. We found it perfect for us and our dog who was intrigued by the neighbours - highland cows!

Accomodation was spotless.Welcome basket was a nice touch.Beds were very comfortable. No hesitation in recommending. Car is essential.

Exceptionally clean for a dog friendly cottage. Abundance of instant hot water and heating. We had wonderful week. Would we return? YES
