Located on a 300-acre working sheep farm and bordering the scenic Exmoor National Park, surrounded by lush countryside, meadows, and valley views, it's the perfect location for a peaceful escape in rural Devon. There are many other local beauty spots nearby and great country walks and activities such as riding and fishing to enjoy. Spend an evening dining in one of the character country pubs, or head further afield to one of the Devon beaches within 22 miles. The market town of South Molton is just 3 miles away, perfect for wandering around the local shops or for indulging in a Devon cream tea in one of the popular tea shops.

 This private detached property has a well-appointed kitchen/diner which offers fantastic views over the rolling hills. The cosy lounge provides the perfect place to sit back and relax in front of the wood burner with extensive views through the French doors leading to your own enclosed lawn. The traditional 16th-century cottage interiors have kept much of its original character and charm. There are two attractive beamed bedrooms on the first floor offering great country views. There is a family bathroom downstairs with WC and an additional separate WC upstairs.

Heading outside the stunning views will captivate you. Enclosed and private, dine on the terrace and enjoy your tranquil surroundings whilst the children play on the lawn or in the children's play area that’s exclusive to this property.

Wood Barn is a lovely cottage with stunning views. Beautifully presented, clean & comfortable with everything you need. A lovely welcome basket greets you, if you want a peaceful relaxing stay this is the perfect place. Exmoor National Park close by & a beautiful coastline within easy reach.

An excellent conversion of a barn to a well-furnished cottage. A thoroughly relaxing location with only views of the countryside, sheep, pheasants. And so very quiet! A wonderful location to re-charge the batteries!

Beautiful, immaculately clean cottage on a large sheep farm. Very friendly, helpful hosts. Incredible views. Everything you needed was there. Peaceful and relaxing. Lots of good attractions nearby, with our favourite being Exmoor Zoo and the Dartmoor ponies. Lots of country pubs nearby with excellent food, our favourites being The Stags Head and ThRead moree Bell Inn. Highly recommend and we would love to go back. Hide
