We had a wonderful week and enjoyed this cozy cottage which has everything you need. And of course, we fell in love not only with the interior, but also with the surroundings, from meeting sheep everytime we went and came to all the poultry around. Thanks to David and Jane for this little haven (almost) in the middle of nowhere!

Would recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to get away from the rush and noise of everyday life. The owners were very friendly and helpful; and the other residents of the grounds made for an entertaining stay! Perfect location for Hadrians Wall, but access to other tourist spots is very easy.
