Really enjoyed our stay. Great location, loved the welcome pack, the cottage is characterful and secluded enough, back from the A96 far enough to reduce almost all of the traffic noise. Well equipped with all you'd need in the kitchen etc, comfy beds and very clean.

Rosehaugh Farm House is a great spot for a family holiday. The property is very well appointed, clean, beautifully cosy and comfortable. We cannot find fault with it and hence the second visit during February half term for our young family.

Lovely house in a lovely location looking out over fields and woods. The house was very clean and well presented with a pretty well stocked kitchen, down stairs bathroom with powerful and very hot (if required) shower over the bath. Lovely lounge with a great log burner and logs. The garden is large and the apples from one of 3 trees very nice. Well equipped and well presented cottage in a quiet location only a short distance off of the A road. We were only 4 people (2 couples) but would be fine for 5 as the 3rd bedroom is a proper single - no convertible sofas or such. Would definitely rebook if we are staying in Moray again
