This semi-detached farmhouse offers a beautiful setting for families and friends to relax in the Cornish countryside, whilst being a short drive away from lovely beaches, family attractions and local amenities.

Situated within 240 acres of farmland, this is a stunning countryside location just under 10 miles from the coastal town of Bude. This semi-detached farmhouse offers a beautiful retreat for families and friends to relax in the Cornish countryside, whilst being a short drive away to a great mix of local amenities you wish to enjoy. Bude has an array of activities including paddle boating up the canal, ten-pin bowling, and of course the golden beaches, in which you are spoilt with a choice of three. Attractions elsewhere include The Milky Way Adventure Park, North Devon Wake Park and Clovelly which is rich in history, all under 12 miles away.

As you enter the farmhouse hallway it immediately opens up with the lounge on your right-hand side, equipped with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and wood burner. Perfect for enjoying your favourite movie in front of the fire on those chillier nights. Heading across the hall from the initial lounge you will find yourself in the open-plan lounge/kitchen area boasting comfortable seating, TV and open fire. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Completing this floor is the dining room which has ample space for all to enjoy an evening meal together, and lastly a separate WC. Heading upstairs from the hallway onto the first floor you will come to the first of four bedrooms on your left-hand side. This is a double bedroom with ample storage. Continuing along the landing area from here you will then come to a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with wardrobes and views over the garden and surrounding fields. Separating this from the third bedroom is the family shower room with rainfall shower and WC. Heading into the master bedroom it is stylishly equipped with a king-size bed, chaise lounge and plenty of storage space. There is then a connecting door leading straight from here into your fourth and final bedroom. In addition, this bedroom can also be accessed from the upstairs landing area. This room holds a double bed and contains the entrance to the family bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, separate rainfall shower and WC.

Making your way outside the property you will find the spacious shared garden area and patio with outdoor seating. With views over the countryside this space makes for a relaxing breakfast spot to plan the day’s events. There is ample off-street parking for five cars positioned between the garden and farmhouse. This property has a private water supply.

A lovely spacious and well equipped cottage. We loved our stay here as a group of 5 adults and 1 young child. The cottage is very spacious and all the bedrooms are beautifully decorated.
