This property nestles in countryside on the outskirts of Hayle with its popular shops, pubs, harbour and restaurants a mere three miles away. The golden sands of Hayle provide miles of beach, ideal for bathing and surfing. On the other side of the bay, St Ives has a host of galleries, including the Tate and many restaurants. From this property you can also visit Godrevy with its beach full of rock pools overlooked by its curious lighthouse and well known seal haul-out. Penzance is a reasonable drive westwards but it’s worth the effort for a day trip to spend time exploring Praa Sands, Marazion, St Michael's Mount and the fishing villages of Newlyn and Mousehole. For the family, stop in at the Wildlife Sanctuary, situated in Hayle or travel to Flambards Theme Park near Helston.

This property has a superb vaulted ceiling in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner on the first floor with plenty of light and views across farmland to admire. The kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, which is perfect for a family gathering. There’s seating for six at the dining table so relax and enjoy the surroundings. Cosy up on one of the sofas in front of the wood burner and watch your favourite show on the Smart TV. Open up the stable door and listen to the wildlife. The bedrooms are all on the ground floor with a stylish king-size master bedroom with stunning vaulted ceilings, triple aspect windows and en-suite shower and WC. There is also another king-size and a twin bedroom. The family bathroom has a bath and WC.

Outside there’s driveway parking for four cars. To the front of the property, an enclosed generous garden bordering farmland, perfect for family games on the expansive lawn. Clean and comfortable cottage. The road to the cottage is VERY bumpy but has lovely views! Hot tub is a great addition and the area is extremely quiet. Would benefit from a shower over the bath.

Beautiful Cottage and surroundings. So peaceful and secluded but not too far away from everything. Everything you need to cook and the BBQ was great. Hot tub had fresh water and was clean. Lovely clean white fluffy towels. Bedding was good and the cottage felt warm and cosy. We will visit again for sure.

This cottage was everything we could have hoped for, amazing location so peaceful! Everything was clean, loved the fact you had the travel cot & high chair already there saving us not having to bring our own. We would definitely recommend to family & friends and hoping to return in the future.

Excellent property, well furnished, all the kitchen equipment you need, beds were very comfortable. As there were 5 of us who like a shower we would have liked another shower over the bath. The location was excellent, in the countryside but near to local amenities and lots of lovely beaches. We would definitely stay here again!

I have loved staying there! Close enough to all amenities, but far away enough to be able to wake up to no noise, just birds singing. Road to the property is a little bumpy, but at the end you find your treasure. Every time we have left for sightseeing, it felt so good coming back and relaxing in the barn. Loved the jacuzzi. We were staying with a Read morelittle toddler and having a gate by the stairs made our stay even more relaxing, he loved the cows just outside our fence. I would come back there. Hide
