Great place to stay for a holiday, we were there for a few days but could have stayed much longer. The blacksmiths building history and tools were a great touch and the hot tub gave it the extra special feel. Fab views and location is good to easily get to the Pennines and Hadrians Wall. Would defo return.

Beautiful cottage in a peaceful location but near so many places to visit! We loved the fire and the hot tub and boss the friendly doggy. The underfloor hearting was lovely and the feature of the bellows and tools in the kitchen was fab!

This is a very clever conversion from a blacksmiths shop which provides very cosy warm accommodation. The area is stunning and there are so many things to see and do. The local pub is great and whilst you will feel remote there are towns nearby with everything you will need. Overall this is a really good cottage.

Great cottage, really well equipped, specd to a really high standard, and in a great location for peace and quiet and star gazing. The features in the cottage linking it to its history were unique and really made it a special place to stay. Will definitely look to return as we had such a great week. And we loved Boss the dog!

Lovely accommodation, renovated beautifully with everything you need for a short stay. The location is out of the way of busy roads, but close enough to the local pub by short walk. Would highly recommend.
