Great location, peaceful, easy to find. Cottage spacious, well equipped, comfortable and up to date. Beds very comfortable. Mattress medium to firm. Perfect! A lot of holiday lets have very soft mattresses leading to a bad back. Nothing was too much trouble. Owner very accommodating. Lovely setting on the farm. Very relaxing stay.

We had a lovely stay in baxter cottage. It is a beautiful and spotlessly clean cottage. Our two dogs loved the lawned area which was closed off from the patio by a gate. We would highly recommend this beautiful barn conversion that is set on a working farm ( We watched the sheep being brought into the field next to us) in a lovely quiet location.

The cottage is fantastic, we really enjoyed our stay and we felt secure in the fact that our cockapoo was settled in the property with no means of escape.

A beautiful cottage and really well equipped. Our children loved playing on the trampoline and watching the sheep and cows. The owner was away when we stayed, but her parents were on hand when needed and were just lovely, welcoming people. Lots of places to visit within 30 minutes. We visited Bude, Tintagel Castle, Boscastle, Lydford Gorge (just beRead moreautiful). We had one rainy day, but felt grateful for a day to laze around in the beautiful accommodation.
