The dual aspect windows provide plenty of natural light and offer lovely views of the fields and sea beyond, making it a delightful spot for a family meal. Also downstairs is a handy utility room, ideal for muddy or sandy footwear, and a simple twin bedroom. Heading upstairs you will find two bright and comfortable double bedrooms both with glorious views, and a bathroom with a shower over bath, hand basin and WC.
Outside at the rear of the property there is a lovely lawn that sweeps down towards fields of grazing cows. Wander outside with a drink and take in the beautiful views across farmland to the coast. At the front of the house is a large gravelled driveway with parking for two cars and a small area of lawn edged with mature borders.
