From your doorstep explore the Gors Maen LLwyd Nature Reserve, enjoy the water activities and cafe at Brenig Lake and visit the highest pub in Wales for a bite to eat. A spacious dormer bungalow with beautiful rolling countryside views from every window and all the creature comforts to enhance your stay. The front door opens into the hall with spacious lounge to your left with wood burner for cosy nights in, picture windows to embrace the views, comfortable sofas and Smart TV to watch a favourite film. Walking through to the kitchen/diner the dining table takes centre stage by the French doors leading on to the deck and out to the garden. If you decide to eat in you have all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal including an electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. You will find the washing machine, fridge/freezer and a handy separate WC in the utility hall by the back door . Natural light floods in as you enjoy chatting with friends and family whilst embracing the most stunning of views towards the rolling Denbigh Valley. The first floor dormer bedroom has a double bed, sofa, dressing area and en-suite shower room with WC. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor one king-size, one double and one twin, all designed to enhance a good nights sleep. The bathroom with bath and WC, is perfect to relax in a bubble bath after a full day out.

Outside you will find the games room in the garage with pool table, darts board and Xbox. The front garden has the dovecote, pretty borders, lawn and gravel areas with seating to embrace the views, the back garden is a decked and gravelled area with table, chairs and charcoal BBQ. A lovely sheltered spot for al fresco dining or to just relax and embrace the views towards the rolling countryside and farm animals. The property is on the edge of the farm with ducks, hens, sheep, horses and cattle. There is private off-road parking for five cars at the property and ample space for boats and canoes in the garden. If you are bringing your bikes you can lock them in the games room when not cycling in this beautiful countryside.

An amasing location far from any noise; people; traffic. The scenery is stunning!!! 360 degrees of heaven. The only noise is from farm chickens, sheep, pony or ducks. Perfect retreat for a quiet break but also close to so many North Wales attractions. A safe and enclosed rear to let children or dogs loose without fear of escape. We have just returned from a lovely break at this gorgeous cottage. It was spacious enough to happily accommodate 4 generations of one extended family from 2 years to 83 years young. It is set in the most beautiful countryside with exceptional views and is only a short drive away from Denbigh. We felt very welcomed by the owners and the welcome pacRead morek was a lovely touch. Beautiful location, amazing views. Surrounded by lambs and chickens. Lots of space for kids to run and play out. We saw the Northern Lights during our stay. Incredibly peaceful. Kitchen fully stocked with all equipment you would need. Welcome box was delicious!

This was just wonderful . The cottage was clean and very comfortable but the views were just outstanding and we were lucky enough to get there during lambing season . Oisin and Dona were so friendly.They left us the most lovely Welcome Basket and invited us to see some lambs being born at their farm next door .... Thank you . Beautiful home, the views are outstanding, clean and welcoming (the gift basket was a wonderful touch!) games room needs uplifting a little but didnt stop us enjoying ourselves. Very remote location but we were happy with the peace and quiet! Lovely warm cottage. Excellent welcome pack . Beautiful views. Quiet and peaceful. Dog friendly and lots of outside space for them to run safely. Weather was poor for us but cottage was big enough for us to entertain ourselves and the pool room was a bonus .

What a super house - outstanding views. We had a fab week and accessibility was great for the elder members of our party. The cottage owner was very helpful. Denbigh was quite a lovely surprise - go to the 1950s museum.

The cottage is in the most beautiful location. It was clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. We went for a relaxing break and it was exactly that. Even though we were right next to the farm, we didn't feel disturbed or overlooked. We enjoyed watching the chicjens, sheep, ducks, rabbits, and of course the pony. We were just sad that we Read moredidn't get to know the pony's name. Hide

Great cottage located in a peaceful part of North Wales. The cottage was welcoming and exactly what we needed for our break. With picturesque views it's a perfect place to relax. Most importantly, our dogs loved the outside space and making friends with the sheep.
