This beautiful barn sits at the head of the farm offering uninterrupted views across open countryside, situated close to the Herefordshire border and within easy reach of the vibrant market town of Ledbury a fascinating place to explore, where you will find a choice of seasonal local produce and crafts along with inviting Herefordshire hospitality. This central location offers easy access into the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, The Malvern Hills and Three Counties Show Ground. Spend a day in the Cotswolds where you can take your pick of picturesque villages or wander one of the many National Trust gardens. Take a trip to Cheltenham, famed for a day at the races or one of their many festivals. The area has a vibrant events calendar hosting events throughout the year to suit all tastes, including food festivals, the medieval festival and blossom trail.

Surrounded by rich countryside and mature trees, this detached barn sits at the head of the farm enjoying views across the countryside. Step inside to the spacious open-plan layout featuring the original framework and vaulted ceilings that have been sympathetically restored. The ground floor has been designed as the social hub of the barn and provides the very best of open-plan living with a lounge/kitchen/diner and is simply perfect for entertaining and spending time together. On entering the barn to one side you will find a cosy lounge area with large sofas where you can relax in front of the wood burner, enjoy board games or a good movie on the TV. The kitchen/dinner takes up the other side of the barn, with a large dining table with chairs that’s perfect for a celebration supper, and a breakfast bar with stools that’s just great for a quick coffee whilst planning the day ahead. The kitchen will test the best of chefs, finished with bespoke units and granite worksurfaces, offering a full electric Range oven and induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, large fridge, separate freezer and dishwasher. There is a side entrance to the barn leading into a boot room offering space for coats and boots and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a separate WC. There is also a cosy snug with a Smart TV, perfect for children and a desk for catching up with your emails. So, when the day is done climb the oak stairs to the mezzanine landing and see if you can spot the moon. There are four bedrooms, two king-size with en-suite shower and WC, 1 king-size zip-and-link ( which can be made into a 2ft 6 twin upon request) and a bunk bedroom (adult size bunks). There is a family bathroom with tap and shower head over the bath and WC.

Outside to one side of the barn is a large terrace with table and chairs for summer dining, to the other side here is a private, secure fully enclosed garden with table, chairs and loungers. There is storage for bikes and off-road parking for 4 cars with it's own private EV charging point. For those of you with dogs there is ample space set aside in the surrounding fields for walks and exercise. A helicopter landing pad is available onsite by arrangement with the owner.

A really lovely property, spacious, comfortable, well equipped, beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. It had everything we could need. Beautifully and tastefully decorated for Christmas it had a really festive feel. Excellent log burner and a generous supply of wood. Absolutely stunning! We were 4 couples and the cottage is more than enough for such a group. Very well equipped. Host, Sally, Sheila are very very helpful. They have made this a home away from home. Anything we asked for was catered for with no fuss at all. It was clean (must say spotless!). Kitchen is fully equipped, never seen the appliances so cRead morelean in any other cottage I have been to (we do 4 to 5 trips like this a year). Stayed 3 nights, 4 generations of family 9 of us (+ dog) together to enjoy a 60th birthday. The Barn was a fantastic home for us all to stay in, absolutely beautiful place, comfortable, fully equipped, provided everything we wanted & more. Wheatsheaf Barn is a fantastic place to stay. The house was spotless & contained everything we needed. A peaceful location but well within range of Ledbury, Tewkesbury & Gloucester. Very comfortable cottage, with very hands on and caring owners. We were looking for a special place to celebrate a special family event and this cottage was perfect. The property was absolutely fantastic and luxurious. The location is very private but also close enough to the M50 so brilliant for accessing the Cotswolds / Wye Valley etc. Lovely walks around the area and the closest pub is around a 25min walk / 3-4min drive. Beautifully designed, warm and very well-equipped barn. Everything we needed was there. The owner, Sally, was very helpful and welcoming. Easy access to the Malvern Hills for lovely walks. The pub nearby, the Rose and Crown, serves great burgers and pizzas and the staff were very helpful. We had a wonderful long weekend!

Faultless.! We had an amazing stay at the beautiful barn, everything was catered for with amazing facilities. From the moment we made contact, to arrival and the entire stay.
