What a great find with good views as all rooms are on the upper storey. Big bedrooms and bathrooms. Having holidayed in Kent several times I know you are not far from anywhere and this location meant 30-40 minutes and you were on either coast, also just 10 minutes from Canterbury where there is plenty of choice to eat. Had a fantastic break for the weekend. Couldnt recommend it enough. Virginia was a great host and even showed us around the farm in the mornings and let us help with feeding the animals , which the kids loved. Will definitely be back in the future.

Such a great place to stay in. Our granddaughters loved it. They helped to bottle feed the little lambs and feed the chickens. What great experience they had. Thank you to the lovely owners. You made our Holliday with our grandchildren very special.

A pleasant and roomy accommodation, with comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen well kitted out. Host very friendly and amenable. Lambs on the farm in Spring, and fresh farm eggs were an added bonus!

We have stayed for a week at Petham Cottage. A nice central position to explore Kent. It is on a busy road but at night is really quiet. The owners were very welcoming and we had a nice chat with the lovely couple :) It's a small farm with chicken and sheep. The owners provided us with a fresh bloomer, fresh milk, a bottle of wine and cookies! So wRead moree didn't have to rush to a supermarket for someting to eat and drink :) The kitchen is fully equipped and the bedrooms are large. Hide

My children and I had a wonderful stay here and Virginia was so friendly. She kindly let my children feed the lambs and gave them a tour of the farm where we saw some chicks. There are lots of great days out in the area for families our favourites being Port Lympne reserve where we went on safari and the rare breeds farm where the children were ablRead moree to wash the piglets! We also had a lovely river cruise on the river Stour in Canterbury. Generous welcome pack with wine, fresh eggs, bread etc Hide
