You will also find 1 twin bedroom on the ground floor and a wet room with WC.  As you make your way up stairs you will be greeted by 4 homely bedrooms.  Two of which are en-suite doubles and two are twin.  After a family day out why not relax in the roll top bath in the family bathroom that also comprises of a shower and WC.

Outside there is an enclosed patio area with seating to sit in the basking sun whilst having a sip of your favourite tipple with the family. We had a lovely stay in the Old Barn. Only thing was the underfloor heating definitely didnt heat up on the more chillier evenings so had to sit in the kitchen diner area to warm up. But both rooms were very comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay. Area was lovely and the farm we were on had lovely animals that children would love. Would Recommend Read morea stay. Hide

We really enjoyed our stay, very roomy, and comfortable, didnt like the wast bin, a pedal bin would have been better, ideal for a family, and for a disabled people, wet room is a good size, one small observation, the shower chair could do with replacing with a shower commode, We bought our own, so it was not a problem.down stairs is very easy to moRead moreve around in a wheelchair. Lovelybuilding although could benefit from regular maintenance and kitchen tables really need sanding and varnishing, we cleaned on every use and still felt sticky. No real check in or out with owners despite being on site.

Lovely property, homely and comfortable and spacious, owners are so nice and help with every query. The children enjoyed playing outside with the dogs, and visiting all the animals. Great base for visiting Blackpool, Morecombe, Lancaster, Garstang etc. And I would highly recommend the local Thai restaurant,

We found it was in a great location with easy access to Blackpool, Lancaster and the lakes. Plenty of space. Close to local amenities, shop, pub and takeaways. Farm animals are an added bonus for kids to look at. Good space to play outside. We had a great week and enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous week for our multi generational family, despite the rain! Comfortable home from home where someone has put thought into making it accessible to visitors with mobility issues and safety for children.

Loved our stay as a multigenerational family. Better if you are relaxed about things, we had a couple of leaks and you have to watch out for dog poo on the grass. However, the children loved the animals and scooting around the drive. Rooms were better than the pictures suggested.
